Exchange & Return Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds.

  • You may exchange your purchase within 7 days, provided you have the original sales receipt and the original FILS packaging.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.

  • Exchanges can be coordinated via email at filswear9@gmail.com or by phone at +92 331 6663457, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM.

  • If a product’s price is marked down after your purchase due to a sale or promotion, exchanges will be made at the new, reduced price.

  • Used or misused items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within:

    • 3 days of delivery, for online purchases

     

  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for claims and exchanges to be processed.

  • No exchanges are allowed during sale or promotion periods.

  • Promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Accessories (including jewelry, undergarments, bags, sunglasses, and belts) cannot be exchanged.
