You may exchange your purchase within 7 days, provided you have the original sales receipt and the original FILS packaging.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
Exchanges can be coordinated via email at filswear9@gmail.com or by phone at +92 331 6663457, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM.
If a product’s price is marked down after your purchase due to a sale or promotion, exchanges will be made at the new, reduced price.
Used or misused items are not eligible for exchange.
Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within:
3 days of delivery, for online purchases
Please allow up to 3 weeks for claims and exchanges to be processed.
No exchanges are allowed during sale or promotion periods.
Promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
Accessories (including jewelry, undergarments, bags, sunglasses, and belts) cannot be exchanged.
